24-Hour Cancellation Policy Class bookings can be transferred to another session up to 24 hours before the class start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-transferable.

No refunds are given at any time.

  • Stretch for Runners is designed to help runners improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery. Each session focuses on key areas that commonly become tight through running, including the calves, hamstrings, hips, glutes, and lower back.

    Whether you're training for a race, working towards a PB, or simply looking to feel better after your runs, this class will help you move more freely and recover more effectively.

    Suitable for runners of all abilities.

  • Strength for Runners is designed specifically to support your running. Through targeted strength exercises, you'll build power, stability, and resilience to help you run stronger and reduce your risk of injury.

    The class focuses on the muscles most important for runners, helping improve running efficiency and supporting long-term progress.

    Suitable for runners of all abilities.
